- Entrance to the conference rooms
- Program book
- Combined ticket for public transport in Berlin (bus/underground/city train) for Sept. 15th – 17th, 2016

**ECVCN Residents and PhD students will have the opportunity to apply for a free conference registration offered by Royal Canin until June 15th. The organizer will decide on the applications by mid-June and inform you whether you will benefit from a free registration.
Residency Class
Please contact Cecilia Villaverde (cecilia.villaverde@gmail.com) to register for the Residency Class. Please also register if you would like to participate as a guest.
Conditions for cancellation
- The registration of participation is binding.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
- For any cancellation received until August 31st, 2016, registration fees should be reimbursed except for a handling fee of 50 €.
- No reimbursement will be made for cancellations received after August 31st, 2016.
Letter of Invitation
A visa letter of invitation can be provided for registered attendees who have paid in full. To request a letter of invitation, please contact the organizing team at: esvcn@vetmed.fu-berlin.de.
